Description: Intentionally intimidating, pressuring, or disturbing another person with unwelcome actions, words, gestures, or other conduct in a manner that causes distress or discomfort, but without substantial physical threat.

1st Degree Harassment

Description: Repeatedly and intentionally following or engaging in conduct that harasses another person in public spaces, or taking actions that create a reasonable fear for the victim’s physical safety. This includes behavior that disrupts peace and causes lasting anxiety or fear in the victim.

Classification: Misdemeanor

Fine: $500

Sentence: 5 Months
